Systems that agree with each other, every time a record changes.

An integration is easy on a good day. We build for the other days: the API that times out, the duplicate webhook, the record edited in both places at once. Every integration ships with retries, duplicate protection, logs, alerts and a runbook your team can follow.

What we build

  • 01

    Two-way CRM and ERP sync

Customers, orders and invoices kept in step between your CRM and ERP, with written rules for which side wins a conflict.

  • 02

    Store to ERP

Orders, stock and prices flowing between your online store and your ERP or warehouse system, close to real time.

  • 03

    Payment and shipping APIs

Payment status, shipping labels and tracking events wired into your order flow, with every call logged.

  • 04

    An API for your partners

A documented, signed API or webhook so customers and partners exchange data with you without email.

  • 05

A bridge to a legacy system

A small, tested service in front of an old system, so new tools can use it without touching its internals.

What you receive

  1. 01A written integration contract: fields, mappings, conflict rules and error cases
  2. 02The integration service, in your repository and running in your cloud
  3. 03Retries with backoff, idempotency keys and duplicate protection
  4. 04Structured logs, a failed-message queue and alerts to a named person
  5. 05Automated tests against sandbox or recorded API responses
  6. 06A runbook, handover docs, a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of fixes

The AI angle

Add AI where the data is messy

When records arrive as free text, PDFs or emails, an extraction step turns them into clean fields before the integration posts them, with a review queue for anything uncertain.

Questions about this service

Which systems do you integrate?

Anything with a documented API or an approved export: CRMs, ERPs, accounting tools, stores, payment and shipping providers, and your own databases. We do not automate access to third-party portals without the owner’s written permission.

Why is an ERP integration quoted after a Blueprint?

ERPs vary more than any other system: custom fields, versions, hosting and approval chains. A 5-day Blueprint maps yours and fixes the price, and its fee is credited to the project.

What happens when an API is down?

Messages wait in a queue and retry with backoff. If they still fail, they land in a failed-message queue and a named person gets an alert with the record and the error. Nothing is dropped silently.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. It lives in your GitHub organisation from day one, runs in your cloud, and is yours outright on final payment.
