# GraniteBolt

GraniteBolt is a full-service software studio in Beirut, Lebanon, led by a senior engineer with more than ten years in production software. It works with teams across the Gulf, Europe and beyond. Every service line has a published "from" price, a numbered scope, a fixed date and a senior lead; the code lives in the client's GitHub organisation from day one and is theirs outright on final payment. ## FAQ

### Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your GitHub from day one and is yours outright on final payment. No licence fees and no lock-in: if we part ways, nothing stops working.

### What does “from” mean?

The price of the smallest numbered scope we sell for that line. Your quote is fixed in writing before work starts, and any change is priced before it is made.

### What if it runs late?

The date is fixed at signature. The clock pauses only while we wait on you for access, content, sample data or approvals, and we tell you the same day it does. If we miss the date for reasons on our side, we keep working at no extra cost until the numbered scope ships.

### Who actually does the work?

The founder, a senior engineer with more than ten years in production software, scopes every project and personally builds the AI, automation, integration, software, web app, website, store and cloud work. For design, mobile and QA, vetted specialists work under the founder’s lead, and every change is reviewed before it is merged. We run at most 2 client projects at a time.

### What stack do you use?

Whatever fits your systems and your team after handover. Typically TypeScript, Go or Python services and PostgreSQL; Astro, Next.js or WordPress for sites; Shopify or WooCommerce for stores; Expo and React Native for mobile; AWS with Terraform or CDK. For AI, models from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, chosen per task and measured against an evaluation set. Each service page lists its stack.

### Where does my data live?

Application and data are hosted in your cloud or region of choice. For AI work, the model provider and processing region are stated in the data processing agreement. We do not use your data to train anything.

### Will you sign our NDA before we share documents?

Yes. Send it before the first call if you like. We sign before we see any document or data.

### Do you sign data processing agreements?

Yes. Any project that touches personal data gets a DPA that names every processor and region. Send yours, or we will send ours.

### Which law governs the contract?

English law with ICC arbitration by default, or UAE law for clients in the Gulf who prefer it. The contract states the seat and the language of any arbitration.

### What about withholding tax and VAT?

Prices are quoted net of taxes. Where your country withholds tax on payments for foreign services, the statement of work says how it is handled, before you sign.

### How do payments work?

Invoices in US dollars, or euros on request, paid by international bank transfer. Projects under $10,000 are paid 50/50; larger ones 40/40/20; a Blueprint upfront. Terms are Net-7.

### Can you work in Arabic?

Yes: meetings, documents, and the sites, apps and tools themselves, in Arabic and English, with right to left done properly.

### Do you work with agencies?

Yes. White-label partnership is available: we build, you keep the client relationship. Ask.

### What happens after handover?

30 days of fixes, then your choice: Care for sites and stores, Run for tools and apps, or take it in-house with the docs, the tests and a recorded walkthrough.

### Where are you based?

Beirut, Lebanon. Our working day overlaps the Gulf and Europe, and we take calls Sunday to Friday. We work remotely with clients anywhere.
